Founded in Geneva in 2011 by Michael and Christophe Ortiz, PRIVALIA is an independent property Maison. A family legacy passed down since 1977, two generations dedicated to Geneva’s property market, and one conviction: quality over quantity.

PRIVALIA was founded with a clear ambition: to create an independent, agile and demanding firm.
Property is more than a profession. It is a passion that drives us to innovate, to read the market closely, and to anticipate its shifts. In 2025, our exclusive partnership with Hamptons International opened a new chapter: an international reach, without parting from our Geneva roots.
