Etienne-Chennaz 5-7

The Etienne-Chennaz 5–7 development comprises two residential buildings of 13 units each, located on Chemin Etienne-Chennaz in Thônex. One of the buildings is held under condominium ownership (PPE), while the other is designated as HM (state-regulated housing).

The PPE development Etienne-Chennaz 5 comprises thirteen apartments under condominium ownership, ranging from 3, 4, 5 and 6 rooms. The building, arranged over ground floor + 3 upper floors + penthouse level, includes a ground floor with two apartments benefiting from large gardens, three upper floors with two 5-room apartments and one 3-room apartment per level, as well as two superb penthouse apartments with generous terraces.

The building forms part of a local development plan adopted in 2007, which governs the planning and layout of the neighbourhood.

Benefiting from a convenient location close to the Moillesulaz border crossing and public transport, Etienne-Chennaz 5–7 is situated in a quiet area set back from traffic. Located within Development Zone 4A, prices and rents are controlled by the State for a period of 10 years for the PPE units and 25 years for the HM units. It should also be noted that the building meets the Minergie® label in terms of energy efficiency.
